Brave and Poor Ltd was setup in late 2010 as a venture by Nick Roads and Dave Forman.
The ambition was to regenerate a very small piece of Bristol.
The journey was quite short and with an unexpected outcome.
In late 2011 we commissioned a paper on the History of the Guild Heritage Building which covers part of what we found.
